Gregory Pusey
Chairman
Greg Pusey is Chairman of Security With Advanced Technology.
Pusey became a director in 2002 and chairman in late 2004.
Pusey is also chairman of AspenBio Pharma Inc., a publicly held biotechnology company.
Pusey is secretary and director of Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. a manufacturer
and marketer of vitamins and nutritional supplements which recently went private.
Since 1988, Pusey has been the President and a director of Cambridge Holdings, Ltd.,
a publicly held business and real estate development firm. Pusey has also served as
President of Livingston Capital, Ltd. since 1987, a private venture capital firm.
Pusey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Boston College.
Jeffrey G. McGonegal
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff McGonegal became Security With Advanced Technology's Chief Executive Officer in late 2007, previously holding the position of Chief Financial Officer since 2003. McGonegal also serves as Chief Financial Officer of AspenBio Pharma, Inc. and Cambridge Holdings, Ltd. Since 1997, he has served as Managing Director of McGonegal and Co., a company engaged in providing accounting and business consulting services. From 1974 to 1997, McGonegal was an accountant with BDO Seidman LLP. While at BDO Seidman LLP, he served as managing partner of the Denver, Colorado office. McGonegal was elected in 2005 to serve on the board of Imagenetix, Inc., a publicly-held company in the nutritional supplements industry and he is also a member of the board of directors of Applied Medical Devices, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Colorado.
Corey Holland
Director of the Technology Division
Corey Holland is the Director of Security With Advanced Technology's Vizer Technology Group. In his role, Holland is responsible for all operational and product development activities within the Vizer Technology Group. Prior to joining SWAT, Holland spent eight years in various management positions at TimeCentre, Inc., a software development company, including director of operations, business development manager and senior sales representative. During that time Holland formed an efficient new implementations and operations group, developed and maintained a successful nationwide channel of partners, mentored the sales team, managed key accounts and grew sales by $6 million. Holland has additional experience at software and service organizations where he sold, installed and trained customers on new HR, payroll and time attendance software while building and maintaining a sales pipeline of more than $250,000 per month. Holland has a bachelor's of science degree in electronics engineering from Denver Technical College and is completing his master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University.
Ben Cook
Director of Veritas Tactical
Ben Cook is the Director of Veritas Tactical for Security With Advanced Technology. In his role, Cook is the chief instructor for the Non-Lethal training group, Veritas Tactical, which provides training for military, law enforcement and civilians. Cook is also responsible for driving product development for the Veritas Tactical business units. Prior to joining SWAT, Cook was the General Manager in charge of all daily operations for BTB Inc., a sporting goods business generating $5.5 million in annual sales. Cook has more than 10 years of experience in the firearms industry where he has held various management and sales consulting positions. As a marketing consultant for Real Action Marker he tripled sales in less than one year. Cook holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Denver, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver, Colo., and a Practitioner's Certification in Project Management from the University of Colorado at Denver.
